Safety Data Sheets
If you are currently purchasing one or more of our chemicals systems for pools or spas, you are required to have up to date versions of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each King Technology product that you currently carry. Please make these documents available to your employees under the requirements of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, SARA Title III and state right-to-know laws. Also, make sure that copies are filed with the appropriate facilities per your state requirements (i.e. local fire department, emergency response organizations, etc.)
