Returned goods will be accepted only if product was mis-shipped or deemed defective. The following procedures must be adhered to:

  1. Call customer service at 1-800-222-0169 to complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  2. If the RMA request is approved, King Technology will issue an RMA number along with return instructions. The RMA number must appear on all shipping documents.
  3. Freight charges must be prepaid; collect shipments will not be accepted.

Replacement product or credit will be issued for products found to be defective or mis-shipped.
